We are committed to providing every customer with high-quality custom products and a worry-free purchasing experience.
This policy applies to all orders placed on cheerysocksmaker.com. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
Our "Do-It-Right" Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. In the rare event that our products have quality issues or do not match your approved design, we will resolve the issue through the following methods:
- Remake: If the products you receive are materially different from your final approved design in printing, embroidery, material, or craftsmanship, or if you receive incorrect products, we will remake the defective items for you at no extra cost.
- Full/Partial Refund: At your request, we can also provide a full or partial refund for the corresponding products.
- Unable to Remake: If for any reason we are unable to correctly remake the items, we will issue a full refund for those specific items. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned items.
- Shipping Guarantee: If you selected DHL shipping for your order, we will fully refund your original shipping cost when you return or exchange items due to our error.
Return & Exchange Process
- Please contact us through any of the methods below to submit a return or exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product in your request.
- We will review your request and provide a solution within 24 hours (business days).
- Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and return instructions.
- Please ship the items back to the specified address within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.
Order Cancellation Policy
Since all our products are custom-made exclusively for you and cannot be resold once produced, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- Unproduced Orders: If your order has not yet entered production, you can cancel it free of charge, and we will refund your full payment.
- Produced Orders: We begin production immediately after order submission. If you request cancellation after production has started, a $20 customization and restocking fee per item will apply.
- How to Cancel: Please send an email to inquiry@cheerysocksmaker.com with your order number and cancellation reason.
Refund Details
- All refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Refund amount will be the actual amount you paid, minus shipping fees and any discounts applied to personalized items. This does not apply to returns resulting from our shipping errors or product defects.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
- It typically takes 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor's processing time.
- It may take one additional billing cycle for the refund to show up on your bank or credit card statement.
Disclaimers
- All sales are final 30 days after delivery, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
- Our custom products are independently designed and manufactured. They are not produced by, or in any way associated with, any professional sports brands, leagues, or manufacturers. Our customized items carry no official professional sports league or brand designation.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for blank products that have been processed, modified, or altered from their original condition. We encourage customers to review this policy carefully before purchasing blank products for secondary processing or resale.
- Issues caused by incorrect design files provided by the customer, inaccurate size information, or personal preference are not covered under our warranty.
- Cheerysocksmaker reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
