Thank you for choosing Cheerysocksmaker's custom sock service. This Shipping Policy clarifies our production lead times, shipping schedules, logistics methods, shipping costs, and related considerations to provide you with a clear and transparent purchasing experience.
1. Production Lead Time
All products are custom-made exclusively for you, and we require a certain amount of time for production:
- Standard Production Lead Time: 7-10 business days (calculated from the date of order confirmation and receipt of full payment)
- Expedited Production: 3-5 business days (additional expedited fee applies, please contact customer service for details)
- Large Order Production: For orders over 5000 pairs, the production lead time will be confirmed separately based on the order quantity
Please Note: Production lead time does not include weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons (such as before and after holidays), there may be a delay of 1-3 business days, and we will notify you in advance.
2. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Origin: Quanzhou, Fujian Province, China
- Default Logistics: DHL International Express (global coverage, fast delivery, full tracking available)

- North America: 3-5 business days
- Europe: 4-6 business days
- Asia Pacific: 2-4 business days
- Other Regions: 5-8 business days
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will immediately send the tracking number to your email. You can check the real-time logistics status on the DHL official website.
3. Shipping Cost Information
- Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, and destination country/region. The system will automatically display the accurate shipping amount at checkout.
- We offer shipping discounts for bulk orders, please contact customer service for details.
- Shipping costs do not include import duties, value-added taxes, or other taxes in the destination country/region. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes, or other customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amount. We recommend that you consult your local customs office for information on relevant tax policies before placing an order.
If the goods are returned or destroyed because the customer refuses to pay customs duties or taxes, we will not be liable, and the paid ่ดงๆฌพ and shipping fees will not be refunded.
5. Order Delays
We will make every effort to complete production and ship your order within the promised time, but the following situations may cause order delays:
- Unclear design files provided by the customer or requiring modifications
- Customer failure to confirm the design draft in a timely manner
- Force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, epidemics, wars, customs delays, logistics strikes, etc.)
- Surge in order volume during peak seasons
In case of any of the above situations, we will communicate with you promptly and inform you of the estimated shipping time.
6. Receiving Instructions
- Please check the package for obvious damage immediately upon receipt. If there is significant damage, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
- Please check the quantity and quality of the products within 15 days of receiving the goods. If there are any problems, please contact us promptly.
- We will not be responsible for undelivered or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
